Panobloc®

COMPOSITION

THE PANOBLOC® PANELS ARE "COMPOSITE" TYPE WALLS MADE OF DIFFERENT MATERIALS SELECTED FOR THEIR INTRINSIC CHARACTERISTICS. A PRECISE AND TAILORED FORMULATION IS UNDERTAKEN TO ENSURE THAT EACH ESSENTIAL MATERIAL IS INCLUDED IN SUFFICIENT QUANTITY.

Wood materials

The wood material is present in the form of joined, calibrated wooden strips (EN 385). We use softwood varieties (spruce, fir, Douglas fir) which come exclusively from French forests and all benefit from PEFC or FSC environmental certifications for timber.
Our wood varieties have a moisture content of 14% +/- 2% and 18%, and have a class 2 "IFH" (insecticide, fungicide and water repellent) treatment (EN 335 350). The mechanical strength is C18 for the vertical walls (NH EN 338) and C18 to C24 for the horizontal and inclined panels (EN 338). The standard cross-sections used are of the following dimensions: 30 x 100 mm, 30 x 150 mm, 45 x 95 mm, 45 x 145 mm.

The sealing film: rain and vapour barrier

The rainproof film protects the outer walls of the wooden structures from any water penetration and it also enhances the airtightness of the building. It protects the panels from a limited and set exposure to UV rays pending the installation of the outer coating. This film is waterproof and permeable to water vapour. Depending on the requirements of your worksite, we choose a suitable rainproof film.
The vapour barrier film restricts or blocks water vapour from passing through the wall in order to prevent condensation on the inside of the wall. It also helps to make the construction airtight. This film is waterproof and water vapour proof. The combination of these 2 films gives the panel assembly its sealing properties, which are specifically defined according to your needs.

The insulating materials

We offer mineral-based (glass wool, rock wool), and natural (wood wool, cellulose wadding, etc.) or synthetic (graphite expanded polystyrene) insulating materials. We define the nature of the insulation to fulfil the required level of thermal insulation as well as the acoustic, fire retardant and budgetary considerations. We can mix several insulating products in the same panel to tailor the properties of the panel to your specifications. The insulating materials are added in the form sheets in a variety of different widths from 150 mm (150, 300, 450 and 600 mm) and thicknesses (30 and 45 mm).

Exteriors paneling

> Ventilated facings
We offer a variety of facing solutions laid on battens, thereby allowing air to circulate between the rain barrier and the back of the facing:
- solid wood (clapboard, facing material with a variety of cross-sections) which are laid horizontally or vertically
- composite wood (clapboards, composite-coated boards), variable layout pattern
- mineral panels (boards)
- metal cladding
- metal or composite cassettes
In all cases, the rain barrier is not provided by the cladding, but by the rainproof film, which is available in multiple widths from 150 mm (150, 300, 450 and 600 mm) and thicknesses (30 and 45 mm).

> Non-ventilated facings
In this case, the facing is composed of a supporting insulating assembly (separation layer between the load-bearing structure and the outer coating), layers of reinforced render and an outer coating. The insulating combination, which is usually made of 50 mm of PSE, tends to be replaced with wood wool. Today, our standard is made using the STO combination (PSE + RPE coating).
The outer render may be of thick plastic or a mineral-type coating. All the finishes (vitrified, floating, etc.) are possible.

Carpentry

We can offer every type of joinery (assembled in factory).
We install windows in various materials (wood, wood/aluminium, aluminium, PVC, acrylic resin coated PVC, etc.) according to your needs and budget. On request, we offer solutions in the factory for installing entrance doors, technical doors, patio doors, etc.
